MHRA appears to be a mess with hitting deadlines and you know NWBO is a mess with submitting ANYTHING anywhere near a specific timeline but yet you think they both have their shit together with regard to a 60 day RFI window?

If 30% of all submissions receive an RFI, the chance of NWBO NOT needing one given their absolute lack of ANY submission experience, is about .00001%.
