JFR - I want to make a distinction- I’ve worked with bankers and attorneys with executed engagement letters. I’ve also gotten advice without engagement due to strength of relationship. So I won’t re engage until the prior professional opinion has gone stale. That’s what I think LP does….she waits to engage until she knows she needs that help.
