The only way what Les said makes sense, imho, is that this moves to fall because NWBO asked for an extra 60 days on top of the 60 days they already had to respond. Les said as of May 9, there is no bad news to report.
While this would make what LG said make sense, I disagree that this is the only way that what LG said makes sense. Another way it makes sense is that Les is aware that MHRA does not always hit their goal of completing 150-day assessments within 150 days, so he's building in time for reasonably expected MHRA delays. Maybe a rare case of LG underpromising in order to set expections.
