In my opinion, this is the shortest way to explain what Les said between the lines. You can take this for what it’s worth. I’m adding my own spin.
Les essentially said, between the lines, imo, they asked for a 60 day extension to their 60 day RFI response (the latter would have been up May 9 imo, when Les spoke) and this is not a bad thing, they just want to make certain they get their response perfect. Because of this, the approval decision probably moves to about September 16.
