I think it's clear that no RFI was requested, if the UK doesn't act in the next two weeks they've simply failed to meet their own 150 day deadline



And what deadline has the MHRA failed? Phase 1 has as what can be read from the 10Q most likely passed on March 7. We don't know if the MHRA has raised any questions but we are now in or just passed the 60 days clock-off time which ended on May 7 if Phase 1 ended on March 7.

No the MHRA has not passed on their deadline because with or without asking questions there still is a 60 days clock off time.

Not true. What is clear that if a RFI was requested it was addressed readily...Meaning the answers could be pointed to the exact page of the 1.7m pages submitted.

I guess that could be a question at the ASM.

In any event, we are less than 50 days away from a decision!
