I don't think so. EDIG has showed up on all the trader's radar screens. Lot's of new money came in today. I don't think it's necessarily long term money but new money just the same.

Perhaps they planned to file a potentially dilutive S-3 at 0.60 or better, rather than at 0.20-0.30?
