Todd- I never claimed that and I am at a loss to see how you got that from my post. I am surprised, but with no GW PR to the general public, it is the current shareholder base buying more shares.
Bottom line is, here we are in the .60 range and EDIG did not position themselves to take advantage if it stays there.
And if the posters, who claimed that EDIG did not file at the request of the preferred shareholders are correct, then it really looks bad.
You don't think they should have at least planned for it???
