I do catch that show every once in awhile when I'm channel surfing. You have provided an apt description of the channel and its content. I used to watch Ancient Aliens a lot but not so much for the space people theories, rather the architecture of some of those exotic places.

I find that the funniest thing about "The Food That Built America" and their similar series is that they're so cheaply produced that when they do, say, a show covering 70 years of Henry Ford's life, they don't even try to make the actor look older as time passes. They don't even take a stab at it with makeup.

Pitiful. But fun, in a way.
