Nevada says "no merger" yet

As I posted before--

"Nevada SOS reports--"NO MERGERS/ CONVERSIONS." All they did was try to change the corporate name and add John K Park as CEO. But it doesn't sound like Nevada doesn't yet consider there's been any actual merger finalized yet. IF SO....then s any of this remotely legit?
