The company, which completed the reverse merger approximately 130 days ago, has sent out 16 media releases in that time. The purpose of the company is to take several businesses privately held by John Park and consolidate them into one holding company with several separate lines of business and revenue streams.

Moreover, several filings have been completed with the State of Nevada here: https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/OnlineEntitySearch. This is the precursor to becoming an SEC reporting company, which the company has said they will be in due course.

This is proof enough for me and hundreds of other shareholders. It is not enough for you, roger that, you have made your position known.
