I agree and admit that my knowledge of penny stocks is very little. I have never traded penny stocks as the charts are not dependable due to the manipulation that goes on. I am chartist and I fully understand what computers and algorithms do and given that they are 70% of the trading of stocks on any one day (stocks that have some volume), my knowledge works well.
Computers and algorithms do not trade penny stocks and I have no idea why anyone with half a brain (and it not one of the manipulators of the stock) would trade the stock. It is a pure gamble.
Yes, for those people that only have a few dollars to trade with, I can understand why they would trade penny stocks. It is like playing the lotto, if you hit it you make it big and the amount of money invested is usually no more than going to dinner on one night.
I have NO interest in learning anything about penny stocks. I do not gamble. I invest and have developed a guideline for trading that works wherever computers and algorithms trade. Perhaps, it would be useful if YOU learned something of the bigger market and get over YOUR ignorance of it, so you would not gamble. You could learn to trade.
