Help me LOVE*GRIFTS. Which broker allows short selling of sub penny equities? I want in on all this DBMM short selling hype. Please!

I've tried just about every broker in existence but none will allow it or if they do, they want me to put up $2.50 in margin per share short. That would be financial idiocy if I'd agree to something like that.
