They do, it affects everything. That’s what people aren’t grasping. Hopefully the DOE comes back positive and they just have to wait on MARAD for a year, while pushing FID early. Hard to see DOE making them reapply with a pause on licensure, but never know with these clowns
Jab I can see why you want them to FID before the DOE and MARAD decisions. Once you do that and the decisions don’t come or don’t come in your favor then you are forced into a lawsuit. I don’t think they will RM until they get DOE & MARAD and if they’re in a lawsuit with the government I don’t see a RM.
