If one is surprised people are talking about wcvc it would indicate that he has or had no plans to move forward anytime soon. Just my 2 cents and means nothing.
Penny... I'm the only one who has been doing this on Facebook on Kalaka pages for months. Go check it out. No one does that here, not even you. Anyway I doubt it will be useful since he never answered there either. He doesn't want to file unfortunately
