Yes Captain, pay a bit more to acquire them; but its worth it now, imo. Look at that old experienced neurosurgeon Ed Chicco who fuds a cure for GBM is two decades away, but NWBio got it already. LL says in her Review Paper out of all her knowledge that she ever know Full Tumor Lysate approach is the best to conquer cancer! All BPs are put together to none in front of us soon, imo.

I doubt it, Capt., but I hope you're right. I can't see them making up excuses for taking a long time getting an exciting new technology to the masses. There are always very real delays when you have to invent everything along the way to get the new technology you've invented to market.
