Notice that Lebby is now indicating that in addition to Licensing being CIRCLED IN RED that Product Sales are also CIRCLED IN RED!!
Ok, now look at Slide 14, the 200mm Wafer, and notice that LWLG is not only able to mass produce its MODULATORS for product sales but also OTHER DEVICES as well!!
Look carefully at Slide 14 and you will see that in addition to modulators there are clearly other devices for OE module builds, it looks to have a lot of ancillary components like couplers and other metallization built into it.
Folks, in addition to this meaning that LWLG will be selling additional components for the Module and Transceiver builds, it CONFIRMS that there are partners ACTIVELY building these modules and Transceivers NOW TODAY!!!
There are NO NDAs preventing LWLG or anyone they’re working with from saying so. In daily practice, NDAs serve only to protect improper technology transfer between the technology holder and potential customer while the customer evaluates the technology holder’s products. To imply (as Proto does often) that we are unaware of who LWLG is working with as potential customers due to NDAs is ignorant and not how things are done. As a thought exercise, try concocting a scenario where that would be the case without it sounding absurd. Hard to do.
