Well,
1. Receiving a RFI isn't something that needs to be made public (AFAIK);
and
2. The time to first RFI could take longer than 80 days (based on the most recent metrics).
So,
1. We could have received a RFI without knowing (hoping this isn't the case);
or
2. There is a chance that the first phase (of time before first RFI) isn't complete yet (hoping this isn't the case either).
Long story short, we really have no clue how long this could take. They could theoretically be past the first phase with no RFI which puts us inline for approval soon.
However, it's also possible we received a RFI and are currently working through it. Lastly, it's possible that the first phase of the assessment is still ongoing and no decision has been made yet on a potential RFI, in which we would still have some time to go.
NWBO themselves said it would be an intensive process with inspections and meetings and the potential for a RFI, so, we'll just have to wait and see.
