Cant say fully that I support you completely dismissing Judge Du of Nevada from responsibility here - but respekts your arguments and point of view on the matter.

Did you ever directly communicate with Marjac - round your informed views on the trial back in early 2020 (Hikma DR - against Amarin in Nevada).

From your post here, you signal some rather precise valuations of why Anmarin lost - 'it were primarily due to inkompetence of Amarin law team running the trial - is what you say' !

These points of views - from someone who appears to know professionally 'what he talks about' - is new to me' - and 'if you haven't communicated this already' - I would edge you to send your views to Marjac - who still follows this case closely - looking at his returning post - time to time 🙂

BBI, it's called learning on the job. Duaster was ignorant in many aspects of patent protection and she was appointed by a liberal president. That and the fraud committed by Hikma's attorneys all contributed to being set up for a huge fall. Kennedy was not qualified to go up against the Hikma's pros, that's what they do for a living.

BBI, Judge Du is absolutely deserving of complete blame for her disgraceful Opinion ducking the issue when we presented her Mistake and the Fraud upon the Court to her in crystal clear fashion. There are no words too strong to condemn the lawlessness and abdication of judicial duty on the part of Judges Du, Reyna, and especially Judge Dyk in the way that they turned a blind eye to what was "obviously" presented to them.

When that occurs, and the courts themselves abdicate their judicial duties, the Rule of Law dissipates, and lawlessness ensues. This is not ego or sour grapes. It is fact. And a lot of good people were hurt along the way.
