#40749 RE: madg #40746

Good point. I indicated he left Sintx after armor division was brought online Q1 last year but failed to add that he remains on in a consulting capacity...but you already knew that. Ill have to add that tomorrow.
Previously I indicated that when Mr Bray left Sintx, him staying on in a consulting capacity is a clue that Mr Bray was brought onboard with the main goal to get Sintx ready to supply armor and aerospace products (for Morgan Ceramics and NP Aerospace, etc..). He completed those objectives last year so its not surprising he left the company as an employee but stayed on as a consultant in case any problems arose or they needed help with regulatory filings pertaining to these divisions.

We regret to report that Don Bray has decided to leave SINTX to embark on new ventures and explore fresh opportunities. Don will continue to support SINTX in a consulting role. We want to thank Don for his service. Don’s efforts to increase awareness of SINTX in the ceramics industry and to develop a wide range of opportunities for us have led to significant customers as well as to our entry into the opaque armor market.

As i indicated back in 2019, Mr Bray would be negotiating with his former company, turns out companies, as he was VP for Morgan Ceramics and was head of its NP Aerospace division prior to its divestiture Nov 2018.

Mr Bray worked for Morgan Ceramics while it was working on using Sintx Si3N4 formulation for aerospace applications. He turned consultant in 2018 and for some odd reason joins SiNTx this year. His job is to establish joint agreements and one of sintx partners is his former employer. Theres a lot of ways to go with this. However the simplest explanation is that Mr. Bray's employment, his years of service at Morgan, coupled with press release mentioning aerospace, suggest Mr. Bray will handle negotiations with Morgan. Who better to handle such negotiations than a man intimately familar with the company being negotiated with?

Now after a lengthy qualification process, Sintx is supplying a global aerospace company...could that be its development partner Morgan Ceramics?

Mr Bond, they have a saying in Chicago: 'Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action'.

One is an incident, two is a coincidence, three's a pattern, and four is enough for a warrant

Mictrade, the post was two part post going from 2016-today, including Sintx supplying a aerospace company like Morgan Ceramics> It covers Sintx partnership with Morgan Ceramics and Bray's connections to Armor company NP Aerospace. Nothing BS about any of it as its all evidence based.

========================================

Joe, "YES WE CAN?" First off unless you post on all accounts, you cant speak for the other accounts by saying they can talk about NP Aerospace also. Secondly, while you maybe able to talk about NP Aerospace legally speaking, you still havent done so. Nor have any of the other accounts for that matter. This has been true for the last 1.5 years since i first brought up Bray's ties to Morgan Ceramics fomer armor division NP Aerospace.

As im limited to 3 posts a day on SINT board only, seemingly forever, see you all tomorrow. You can see from my posts why they would want me limited on posts.

You have already reached the 3 post per day limit placed on you for this board.
The limitation is until further notice.

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Extra information on the status of a Si3n4 based hip implant:

Silicon nitride, silicon carbide and diamond-like carbon as non-oxide ceramics are considered to be the new generation of materials used in hip prosthetics, particularly in the manufacture of acetabular cups, due to their excellent biocompatibility, osteointegration, and tribological and mechanical properties, but all three materials need more study. However, silicon nitride is the nearest to commercialization, through businesses such as Amedica Corp. and SyntX Technologies

Im guessing the authors meant Sintx Technologies. Amedica being the companies former name before the name was sold to CTL.
