Wish I could be a fly on the wall at Amarin headquarters right now. There must be a lot of high fives going around. There's probably little or no news coverage of the arguments today, but this will send some shock waves through the pharmaceutical industry when a written decision is issued. And the best thing is that Amarin will now get a chance to collect evidence and explain to the public and ideally a jury someday how the generics purposefully tried to take Judge Du's ruling and hijack the entire Vascepa market.
