Strickland must be in the top 3 scammers of junk stocks like SPRV, HLLK, etc. Anyone hoping to make a killing will have to beat Strickland and Murphy to the punch. I wouldn’t touch it, but I’ve felt that way about all his stocks.
Regarding HLLK, they filed an amendment to the Florida SOS for a 1:500 reverse split, however the SOS sent it back due to the fact the date of adoption of each amendment must be included in the document. The SOS gave them 60 days or the amendment would be abandoned. Have you seen anything about this? I see shareholders are still trying to find the date of the reverse split, expecting to see it show up on the daily list.
