They filed for an extension. Why? “2023 10-k could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to a change in legal counsel. New legal counsel needs time to review the information”.

FUC Yes! Why am I so excited? Sounds like they fired their legal counsel! I always had disdain for them and how they told LG not to talk to anyone neither by phone or email! Also, they were expensive as crap and their capital markets experienced blew!
