Doesn't necessarily mean the old council was fired... they just state a 'change' and we probably won't ever know the real reason or what happened.
What this does mean is now we have to wait until middle of April... they get 15 days extra. But, I really don't know what they're doing over there. From all of the previous filings they keep talking about having all of this extra structure to handle a much larger company, yet they can't get an annual filing done on time?
