Have you ever followed enforcement actions taken by Canadian securities regulators? Their prosecutions success percentage is in the high 90's. It it gets to the stage that Sulja is at ... they almost never lose. Its a matter of whether there is guilt ... it is more a matter of degree. And in this case ... the RCMP got involved. That means criminal charges are possible as well. imo
No problem. I imagine they'll issue an apology to them for stirring up a hornets nest of needless speculation. Whether or not they issue an aplogy to the shareholders... I can't predict. I'll assume they'll probably try to ignore the damage they did to our interests. But ya never know.
Ok, that's fair. So, is it fair to assume that IYO you think that there will be a favorable outcome for sulja and/or management? Or do you think there will be fines or other punishment meeted out?
Regardless of what happens, are you comfortable with current management or would you be inclined to want a sea change of administration in the company?(should they be allowed to continue trading in the long term)
