Have you ever followed enforcement actions taken by Canadian securities regulators?
Their prosecutions success percentage is in the high 90's.
It it gets to the stage that Sulja is at ... they almost never lose.
Its a matter of whether there is guilt ... it is more a matter of degree.
And in this case ... the RCMP got involved. That means criminal charges are possible as well.
