If NWBO approval application completed stage one without an RFI then the Application should be considered "cemented". Time for the partnership and combo trials announcement.

Isn't that what NWBO said about a partnership for a combo trial(s) once the MAA is "cemented"
which most likely implies that it should happen before approval.

And for the hundredth time, LP said that they would continue working on a partnership/combo once MAA is cemented.

LP never said that a partnership is ready to be announced once MAA is cemented. It could take a year for them to hash out and negotiate a partnership for a combo trial. These are massive undertakings, especially when you have to agree to terms that appease two parties working on it.

Y'all really have to come to grips with what was said.

I'm not saying that a combo trial or partnership won't be announced soon. I'm just saying that LP did not say it would.
