We are not in the midst of normal business. With a pending
approval, a tricky lawsuit, and an unexplained tanking of the
SP, this is no time for an ASM and Business 101 is now totally
irrelevant.

RobotDroid I agree nwbo really should have an ASM. The concept of an annual shareholders meeting is that it should be held annually - something this management team does not seem to understand. Quarterly communications seems to be way out of nwbo's league
