Massive dilution, alleged failed trials with altering endpoints, selling C shares to pay bills, Setting up Cognate and cashing out without shareholder representation, starting Advent behind your back, alleged false spoofing claims that have already been knocked down by a judge, no ASM, no continued correspondence with shareholders... No approvals for anything to date, expiring patents.... Excessive compensation as alleged in the True-Up lawsuit... ( ask Hoff about that one)
