Agreed - the American judicial system is as corrupt as any in a third world country. So I don’t see any point to going back to the same corrupt system. Unless they had some evidence that David Vander Thief bribed a judge or something. Which of course, knowing what a scumbag he is it wouldn’t surprise me in the least. Otherwise I think the courts would just be a long, expensive dead end - again.
