Yes, a reverse split benefits no one as far as changing % ownership of anyone. In fact, a revierse split reduces liquidity and I think this will be a large company that needs liquidity. So, IMHO, I agree with

I never said a reverse split will increase Delfins ownership percentage, that was Vitamin, now a reverse split scenario will scare a lot of shareholders and it is the right thing to do. 10-1 best case scenario, the OS will go down to 44 million and keep the AS at 500 million and up list to major a board and issue shares to fund operations and expand if need be. The OS 60 million to cap out, doesn't make sense not do a reverse split. I have brought it up in some of previous posts and never mentioned that it was for Delfin to increase their % ownership. At some point also, I am hoping those DTC numbers will change to zero, assuming XL is accurate in his estimation.
