There's no soft peddling the scrotus this period in time. It's a fact that they wanted the colorado appeal case and knew for a another fact that fatass would bring it and fast tracked it to keep orangefatass on the ballots in time for most primaries and then they purposedly dicked around about the immunity for as long as humanly possible and then took it up when too much pressure was on them and now the intent is to NOT do anything for as long as possible.
It wasn't a coincedence they timed it for the end of the term. They could also wait til the last day to say they will look at it next term sometime. Which is what I suspect they will do. And obviously, we are in complete agreement thomas should sit out all cases pertaining to presidents and orangefatass. Seriously, he should have retired or be impeached, as tough as they have made that to be.
