I confess I'm mildly surprised. I'd have thought a least John Roberts cared about his legacy. He seems, unfortunately, interested only in pleasing the guys at the Federalist Society.

Of course he's "only" 69, and could last a good deal longer. But on the other hand, entering your 70s is entering the last phase of your life, so...
