And what times would those be? The 1950s? Or perhaps the 1850s?

You're confused again. SCOTUS IS taking the immunity case and they ARE taking their f'ing time, selectively.

!4th Amendment, your table is ready. Immunity? Call for reservations, we're booked for two months.

Again, if this were about a former Dem president you would be unhappy about the 14th decision and impatient that the immunity case was delayed, despite an airtight appeals court decision. And you would be right to feel that way in both instances.

B402, Biden's legislative record has been much more positive than Trump's was. Your tactic of making
counterfactual statements as " Dems will do about anything to distract from their feeble record the last 3 years"
is just a lie. You know Biden has had more positive legislative record. Thank apples data doesn't lie:

B402, Wriggle out of this one - Economists Agree: Democratic Presidents are Better at Making Us Rich. Eight Reasons Why.

Democratic administrations over the last century have delivered far faster economic growth. What explains that?

[Insert from link: So the question remains: what could it be about the Democratic economic
policy mix that delivers superior performance? Here are eight possibilities:

1. Wisdom of the Crowds.
2. Preventing Government "Capture."
3. Labor Market Flexibility.
4. Freedom to Innovate.
5. Profitable Investments in Long-Term Growth.
6. Power to the Producers.
7. Fiscal Prudence.
8. Labor and Trade Efficiencies. The social support programs that Democrats champion — if they truly provide an adequate level of support and income — give policy makers much more freedom to put in place what are otherwise draconian, but arguably efficient, trade and labor policies. If everyone can confidently rely on a decent income, we have less need for the sometimes economically constricting effects of labor and trade protectionism.
