You're confused again. SCOTUS IS taking the immunity case and they ARE taking their f'ing time, selectively.

Again, if this were about a former Dem president you would be unhappy about the 14th decision and impatient that the immunity case was delayed, despite an airtight appeals court decision. And you would be right to feel that way in both instances.
