Not true! Even if NWBO were to have become a major biopharma, this spoofing case (and other manipulation cases) will remain an important and significant case in its own right, and definitely worth pursuing to the end. The spoofing case is far more than just a stepping stone to a settlement and some much welcome cash for NWBO to pursue its goals.

Imo and educated guessing, the spoofing would be integral to the HFT as a means to achieve the intended price trajectories, along with short sales and who knows what other tools of the trade.

HFT has nothing to do with the lawsuit as it isn't regarding how fast orders are placed or executed but whether they're genuine orders or fraudulent.

Humans haven't traded stock in decades while we are not complaining about statistical arbitrage or any other legitimate HFT trading strategy. The issue is criminal spoofing.
