Regretfully I never did options with QT.
Somehow I think the problem is with the amounts of "Value Qty Paid". Maybe "Paid" is the total amount paid ($3.20 x 10) and not unitary price. Another possibility is that it might be discounting a high value for commissions.
from the looks of it, you have the Quantity entered as 10, Paid as 3.20 and commission (not shown on the picture) as 60 got +BDHEB. QT does not handle the x100 factor for options, so it calculates that you paid $32 + 60 (92) for the options and values them right now at 3.50 x 10 (35) thus the big loss..
If you want QT to correctly value the options, enter 100 times the actual # of contracts you bought into the # of shares field on the Portfolio Edit screen. If you change the quantity to 1000, it should calculate correctly
