They, Jaguar has the data and the analytics of the results is what tells these bio tech companys the road they will take for FDA approval... they are not that far away from having it ready to announce, I have been in a lot of these stocks and this is very good news...I am sure they will be able to convince NASDAQ that once they release the news there will be no problem with the PPS, 10 cents or $1
