WRONG!!! Stop spinning the false narrative. JFH Digital E-Commerce Corp. is a non-existing entity. It is not the same as Jun Fenghuang. If there is an association, which may well be the case, JFH will be a subsidiary start-up. Nobody knows what will be rolled in here. Nobody knows what the real value will be. It may be 1 million dollars. It may be more, it may be less. At this point, us outsiders simply do not know. But one thing is for sure, whatever Jun Fenghuang is worth, that whole company IS NOT MERGING HERE.

If Jun Fenghuang was actually merging into this ticker, then that would have been the exact name of the company, not JFH Digital, which is a new company name.

JFH Digital E-commerce Corp is doing in business over $600 Billion in Chinese Yuan which translates to $45 Billion in USD!
