If there is an association, which may well be the case, JFH will be a subsidiary start-up. Nobody knows what will be rolled in here. Nobody knows what the real value will be. But one thing is for sure, whatever Jun Fenghuang is worth, that whole company IS NOT MERGING HERE.

If Jun Fenghuang was actually merging into this ticker, then that would have been the exact name of the company, not JFH Digital, which is a new company name.
