I think he's clearly disqualified himself, both on the insurrection, and the aid and comfort clause. Unfortunately, AG Garland never saw fit to charge the crime. This should have been decided years ago.

I understand there was an evidentiary hearing in Colorado, but it's still problematic. Garland blew it.
