I would like to fully agree that Garland blew it, yet if in his position am not certain what i would have done. In such big cases, hate to accept it, yet politics, repercussions and assessing the difficulty of convincing juries would always come under consideration as to exactly what charge to bring. Under the law i agree it looks to me Trump has clearly disqualified himself, still not sure what i would have done if unlucky enough to have been in Garland's shoes.
