You have no idea of what you speak of. These types of refilings in civil cases happen all the time. We lost 4-5 months, 6 at the most. No big deal in the scheme of things. I didn’t invest here because of litigation anyway. So to me the end result for NW isn’t a court case, but approval of DCVax. Which will be approved based on known facts.
