Posner has an enviable reputation in the litigation field. Do you really believe that she is bluffing and that she does not have the necessary evidence, i.e. the formula that demonstrates spoofing and the financial impact for the shareholders? Do you really believe that she took this case (on a contingency basis) without being sure to provide ALL the information required by the magistrate/judge? She is not the type of person who would play Russian roulette with her career and reputation. As Flipper said, the judge seems to have found a way to speed up the trial and it's better for all of us.
