You need to stop wondering and get your facts straight.
- I shared a fact that that the Board had exercised its authority to approve a 1k reverse split on 8/25/2020 - 8k issued link below. The post you reference, from me, was over four months after this authorized split was APPROVED by the Board. Further, snpw did not cancel the 8k for the 1k reverse until 2/17/2021 - link below.
- It’s interesting that you would point the finger at me regarding those that could have been scared off due to my reporting of an snpw filing. The logical blame is with snpw who actually approved a reverse and did not cancel it until after the run up in January 2021 - on February 17, 2021.
- You need to understand the difference between a warning and a reporting of an active snpw filing. The active filing being the 8-K where the Board approved the 1k reverse, not the 10–k that only gave the Board the authorization.
- If you want to come at me with a discussion, I ask that you get your facts straight. I do wonder how many got sucked into your promotions post run up where the stock is down over 95%. Buy the cheapies, yeah right.
