The reverse split was addressed in the recently issued 10q. It states:

“ On August 25, 2020, the Board of Directors, having authority granted to them by the shareholder on August 26, 2019, took action to implement a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1000:1. The action is currently pending FINRA approval which has had substantial delays due to Covid-19 operations.”

Reverse split - sure seems like it is coming to me.

My opinions.

I wonder how many investors were scared off and missed an opportunity to turn 0.002 cent SNPW shares to 10 cents SNPW shares and as high as 34.5 SNPW shares,just 3 weeks later because of "THIS WARNING"
