But it doesn’t seem possible to get to that kind of market cal on OTC . And there is no coherent plan for uplifting stated by the company except for maybe implying that … just trust us and hang in there .

Wrong. Regeneron recently paid over 5x market cap for a company, yet everbody knows the more progress NWBO makes, the more manipulators pressure the stock price down so that it can’t run. Smart companies will look at future market value expectations. For NWBO, that is significant.
