The way I understand it is naked shorting is the method used to dump shares to market using the offering to fill the naked short positions. I believe its how they circumvent the ownership restrictions. Im not sure Sonny can tell the funds not to do this. This is why Sintx is so undervalued as this process artificially suppresses the stockprice and thus market valuation. What's not explained in this is what happens to the shares once the naked short position are closed. It'd be wonderful if Sonny cancelled the offering and the funds naked shorting this got stuck with all those naked short positions and no shares to cover.
