When the positive cash flow starts coming in, Nwbo needs to be very careful with expensive manufacturing expansion. Many small innovative firms filed bankcruptcy after expanding factories and made bad judgement.

I know because I got burned many times.

I believe buying back shares will send strong signals to Financial world that Nwbo can stand on its own.

Buying back shares done consistently for every quarter could unlock tremendous values over a long run of any companies and one of the savviest decision a CEO can offer to shareholders. Imo.
