Attempting to reverse an election by inciting an insurrection, defrauding voters is the charge, is not just political, it IS criminal. So prosecution for it is warranted. Same applies to the doc thefts and the infamous imperfect phone call.

Real estate fraud is against the law too.

Fani tainted nothing, the evidence is sound and the prosecution will go forward on that basis, with or without her.

Trump hasn't been charged for any of the documents he returned. Both Biden and Pence had documents inadvertently. And there's been no evidence presented that either of them had any defense information.

Trump claimed they were his, they were planted and he wanted them back, they were mixed in with his T shirts, they never existed... and fuck you. I'm keeping them. So I don't see much comparison there.
