They may know the information...but won't know what steps are going to take place....hopefully something comes of it. We all know how slow the wheel turns.
It helps that 74 congressmen signed a letter to the SEC asking "What the hell is going on with Meta". Apparently a lot of shareholders have contacted their representatives...I sense a ground swell movement.
I encourage all of you to reach out to your respective Congressman and voice your concern regarding abusive shorting, naked shorting and spoofing.
It doesn't take any for them to start talking about their constituents concerns.
Today China is added to the growing list of countries banning shorting due to significant abusive shorting....South Korea, Thailand and India recently done so. In the last month we are witnessing an increase of government awareness which hopefully leads to changes and convictions.
